    All of our smoke detectors are monitored by an alarm panel which detects when the battery is low.
  • FLOOD DETECTORS
    Most homeowners’ insurance policies only cover water damage if it was detected soon after it occurred.
  • MONITORED ALARM SYSTEM
    With systems connected to a Digital Communicator, DigiAir, DualCom or Redcare, the information will be forwarded to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) who will take the necessary action to contact you and the police on your behalf.

It is essential to have a fully functional detector in your property which raises an alarm when the poisonous gas is detected. Our detectors are active 24/7 and ready to alert you to the dangers with a loud built-in buzzer.

An emergency panic button comes fitted to all of our keypads as standard but if required you can have additional fixed or portable radio Panic Button(s) installed.

Fixed Panic Buttons
Fixed panic buttons can be installed beside your bed, under your desk at work or a shop counter, so if the worst does happen you can feel safe in the knowledge that some one will be alerted in times of distress such as a robbery, disruptive or threatening behavior, or a situation which may warrant assistance. You can easily call for help with one push of your Panic Button.

Portable Radio Panic Buttons
Portable Radio Panic Buttons provide a fully mobile panic button facility. Ideal for use in and around homes, garage forecourts, where cash is moved around or where you have guards left alone in industrial premises, and with the increase in car-jacking and road rage incidents, you can call for help by triggering your home/commercial alarm whilst remaining locked securely in your car outside the property.

Audible or Monitored
Panic buttons, when connected to an audible alarm system, will sound to assist in alerting somebody to your emergency situation. In addition, having a monitored intruder alarm system will insure that your emergency situation is not ignored (and can be triggered as a silent alarm), an alarm signal is sent to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) alerting them to your emergency; the Alarm Receiving Centre will then contact the police and your keyholders to alert them to the situation thus summoning help quickly.

Home Smoke Detection and Fire Alarms

Alarmingly, only 1.5 million houses in the UK have a fire alarm installed and a whopping 7 out of 8 people fail to test their smoke detector as often as required. All of our smoke detectors are monitored by an alarm panel which detects when the battery is low.

Monitored Systems

DIGITAL COMMUNICATOR
This cost effective method of monitoring alarm systems utilises a standard telephone line to communicate with the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). This simple yet effective technology enables the alarm system to automatically contact the (ARC) with details of any alarm condition at the premises.

DIGIAIR BY DUALCOM
As one of the leading products in the world of monitored alarms, DigiAir from DualCom has proven to be a groundbreaking step forward in technology. When an alarm is triggered, DigiAir sends a signal to a centralised Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) but instead of using a telephone line to send the signal, it utilises all mobile ‘phone networks via a World SIM.

DualCom is the most reliable wireless communicator of its kind, eliminating call costs and the risk of ‘phone lines being out of service.

DUALCOM
DualCom offers the highest level of protection. The telephone line on which your DualCom unit operates is monitored constantly and if the line is cut or there is a fault, this is signalled to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) via the mobile ‘phone network.

REDCARE
Redcare is a BT product which combines a secure landline connection with a GSM radio backup path. In the event of a line cut, Redcare enables the alarm system to be monitored by radio path and the line failure occurs, the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) is informed but the GSM will continue to communicate sending out any subsequent alarm signals.
